I have got to watch my eating habits. I think I mentioned before na I was never conscious of my weight. Fatty, salty, sweets, name it and I wouldn’t think twice. And this attitude is taking its toll on me. No, I refuse to say I am fat despite the fact that Bobby had given indirect hints that I am and even laughs at the fold of fats beneath my chin, then justifies by saying, “Ganyan talaga pag nag-aasawa at nagkakaanak. MEDYO bumibigat.”
I hate to realize that when you are approaching late 20’s, you start to worry about a lot of things, your skin (and the pores), your weight (and belly), your nose (which you admired all the time but is suddenly becoming ugly). What more when I’m 30 ?
So yesterday was Day 1 of my nth attempt to eat right and lose excess weight (and belly fat).
I was freakin hungry yesterday but managed to content myself with half cup of rice, milkfish and soup of batchoy, yep, without the mami (noodles). Ah gawd, so not me.
There was a pizza waiting for me, and I was hungry but I passed.
I am saying NO to Dencio’s, Gerry’s, Pizza Hut, Yellow Cab, Pot and Noodle, Jollibee, Chowking, softdrinks, Sneakers, Cheetos and will acquaint myself with Century Tuna, oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, diet Coke and WATER.
I am taking this seriously…for the nth time.
